First impressions are everything the service from your hostess was unacceptable. Chicken was warm at best and dry, clam chowder was warm meal was unsatisfactory. Very different from the service and quality of food we received in Georgetown. Not going back to Lewes restaurant.

First impressions are everything. 2 stars for friendly/quick service. Arrived there and was told 30 minute wait yet I could clearly see that there were open tables. When my meal arrived it was on the cold side of luke warm. Tried the raspberry cheesecake crepe. Could hardly taste the filling through the mounds of whipped cream and way too much raspberry sauce. Also the crepe shell was rubbery in texture. Not going back.

Great service, good food and close to home

Everything was very good, crabcake sandwich, fish and chips, oyster poboy. The fries are really good. Ended with the bread pudding. The service was excellent and the food came out quick. The waitress was very pleasent.We had a very nice time for dinner.

So it’s my first time going and will be the last!! Food was Terrible cold Fries, cold steamed clams they tasted expired 🤔? My salmon was cold.

Food service was horrible at the Georgetown.. Waitress was very nice. But whoever is in the kitchen has no experience. Waited long for food then even longer for just corn.. Had the seafood steamer, some muscles and clams were bad. Upset my stomach all manager did was offer more food. No sorry . Won’t go there again. I only gave it 2 stars because the waitress was nice and said how sorry she was..

Excellent service and food! Best hot wings and Happy Hour deals including oysters. Tuesday night prime rib special was on point last night. Too many great menu selections to list, but I have never been disappointed. Great place for Sunday Funday football games, family dinner, or a dinner date.

The Bar tenders are GREAT and so is the food!!! Bar specials are great deals during Sunday Football !!! Ask for the side of string beans! Tell them HEYED sent you. The best.

Never been disappointed. Everything I have ordered is the best in Sussex county! Especially wings!

Ambiance is relaxing, the people are peasant and the food is delicious.

The food was ok but definitely not great! I went there with having The Maryland crab soup set in my mind but they didn’t even have it. I was rather disappointed in my experience and felt like the stuff is overpriced as far as quality and quantity.

Didn't even make it all the way to the door and me and my date turned around. Seemed to be more of a bar than anything else. Now I haven't ever been there before but It wasn't inviting at all. I am and have been sober for a while and my date does not drink either. So there was no point to do much else then return to the vehicle and find another place to go enjoy our time together. If your a bar then say that ... cause your damn sure not a regular restaurant

I was not impressed. Hostess wasn't happy actually made me feel uncomfortable. The server Devon was great but the soup came out cold and my steak was under cooked and the prices were high. With all the choices in this area I have no need to ever return to this establishment. Sorry, not sorry.

Steak n cake were cooked perfectly..Med./Rare was just that, and the crab cake was loaded with a bunch of lump meat..Nice portion too. The 2 sides I had were just ordinary, nothing special and the bread pudding was Delicious.Also they have a nice selection of local favs. Craft beers which I enjoyed..

The food was very good. The cocktails really sucked! We all ordered this watermelon margarita that was on special. You would think since it was on special they would know how to make one. We where wrong! It didn't even taste like it was a margaritas of any kind, and we ordered four of them. What a waste of our money!!

We had an amazing time stumbling upon this gem. There were many options to choose from. We had the catfish dinner and salmon stuffed with crabs. Both were filling and delicious. For our appetizers we had crab stuffed eggs and crab and spinach dip. Both were great as well. The portions are a nice size. Friendly service and great food.

Greatest place to go on oyster night! Always got great food from here. Good staff members and did I mention oyster night? I love the oysters here. They have good specials every day of all kinds of seafood. I always eat here on oyster night and you should too!

An excellent restaurant! I LOVE so many things about this restaurant. One of which is that it is 3 minutes from my house. Another is the amazing service. Waiters/waitresses are very experienced. Another is the excellent food! Everything you get here will be good, trust me. Nothing will be bad. Honestly a great place. You’ve got to go to this place.

I went there for the buck a shuck oysters, they were awesome, and ended up also ordering the seared ahi tuna poke bowl, awesome as well. This was my first time going there and I will definitely be going back to explore more of the menu. The service was good, the waiter was attentive and polite. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody that likes seafood.

Good food, cold beer, friendky staff

JD Shuckers is our go-to place for Happy Hour on Burger Mondays. Beverages in the bar area are nicely priced, and the burgers are terrific (in my personal top two in our area) and the price point is easy to absorb. My favorite is the steakhouse burger. It comes with fries but I've subbed green beans for the fries. We've been for other meals -- the food is always good and the staff is friendly and attentive.

We loved our meals. The food was delicious down to the dessert. The waitstaff was excellent. Will definitely go again!

Great service. It's menu is heavily seafood, especially fresh shellfish, i.e. oysters, clams, etc. Sportsbar atmosphere with a second floor but no elevator.

Everything i had for dinner was awesome, blackened tuna steak, scallops, wings. Friendly staff and great service.

The food is really great, the service could be a bit better but I didn't experience a problem.
